Enjoyable Stay

Every thing was wonderful from customer care to fun activities. There was a minor maintenance issue, however it was rectified the same day and Tropicana even comped me a portion of my stay for the inconvenience. Highly recommend for a friends vaca, couples vaca. If your bring family w/kids the best time is summer so they can enjoy the boardwalk.

I came down with the flu and was unable to drive the 6 hours to Atlantic City..I called the day before we were to arrive to see if there was anything that could be done. Nope. No refund. No partial refund. No offer for a future visit. Just took my money and said “too bad, so sad.” Whatever happened to hospitality and exceptional customer service?!

The parking garage was very far away from the check-in desk and there are no signs and the maps don’t show where the front desk is. The rooms were also very far away from the check-in desk. I had reserved an oceanfront room but was placed on the opposite side of the building. I called the front desk and was told that reservations are not guaranteed, but based on availability yet I was charged the higher rate. So now I need to contact Expedia for a partial refund.
