The room and hotel was fine. We accidentally forgot something of value to us in the room. we call the hotel twice and spoke with 2 different employees. Both said they need to speak with housekeeping and would call us back. Noone ever called us back. As we would be traveling back by the hotel we wanted to pick it up on our way back by. Very disappointing.....hope whomever enjoyed. Disappointed in Hampton.
