Cordis is a great and luxurious hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and I felt the 5-star service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

We checked in at 3pm and they didn’t have a room ready for us until 4.30pm. We asked multi times and they said they were upgrading us then a standard room was an available and they said if u would like the better room you will need to pay an extra $40. Terrible terrible service
