The front desk was prompt, polite and the area was clean. It’s walkable to the harbor. The room was small but clean and the space was used efficiently. Bed was comfortable and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location near Queen St, Viaduct area, Sky Tower. Excellent full breakfast and nice breakfast area. Rooms very clean, efficient use of space. Would stay again.

The shower drain was flooded, took several minutes for the water to go down as it was pooling on one side and comes out of the shower. The corner of the shower was dirty - a spray of bleach can help. The sink was so dirty too. But the bed was comfortable and staff were nice.

This hotel does not count with parking facilities. You have to park on a public parking lot for which you have to pay. The hotel have a sign that say that they will validate your parking ticket but that’s not true. The reception personnel never explained that.
