We had breakfasts on 2 mornings at the JetPark Hotel and whilst the food was tasty and there was plenty of different options, the hot meals were actually only luke warm, on both days. This really spoilt it as scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and hash browns etc should be hot not luke warm. It would have been really delicious hot.

Great For Airport Travel
Great place to stay if you are flying in late. For first time overseas travellers it was great to be able to be collected and dropped off at the airport by their courtesy bus. Staff were very helpful at check in and on the bus.

A clean and comfortable hotel. We arrived to find our room had been cancelled. I'm unsure whose error it was, Expedia or JetPark Hotel, but luckily it was able to be reinstated quickly after a nerve-wracking few minutes as the hotel was very busy at this time.

Even though the hotel is not particularly attractive from the outside, it definitely goes with the adage “don’t judge a book by its cover!” This is an awesome and conveniently located hotel. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and there is a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel!

For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting such a great place to stay. The onsite restaurant had great food at an even better price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the room was very modern. Location near the airport is great when catching a flight. Would definitely stay here again.

I just needed a room for a night before my flight home. The free shuttle came within 15 minutes of me calling after regular route hours. Check in was fast, the room had all I needed and was clean. Staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was fine. Restaurant service and dining experience was not great. Had to wave to get the waiters attention each time. Nothing really in casual walking distance. We did walk across the highway, to a restaurant and stopped at a local grocer on the way back. Yes, it’s convenient to the airport. We returned to airport to rent a car for the day.

Many good things about this hotel. Our room was spotless, sheets were fresh, clean, and crisp And bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very close to the airport without paying the higher prices of the Novotel and Pullman on-airport hotels. Breakfast was included, and it was excellent. Every type of breakfast food you could imagine. Would definitely stay here again. great value for the money.

Good shuttle system from airport. Rooms clean but small and basic. Very good breakfast with a great choice. Good choice if you just need a night at an Hotel before or after a flight.

The Jet Star has excellent airport transportation and clean accommodations. Its restaurant serves nice food at night. The room service is excellent. The front desk is uneven, some are very friendly and a few rather cold, for an airport hotel with a 10am check out policy to tell guests that no rooms are available before noon because the supervisor only starts inspecting rooms at 12 noon sounds ridiculous. Significantly I saw housekeepers at work before 8am as many guests leave early.

Great Stay
Hotel was exceptional, we booked deluxe room, which was situation in the new building. The bed was very comfy. Reception were very accommodating, as we arrived early they allowed us to check in before 2pm. The only downside is the internet, it’s the worst WiFi that was unable to load the simplest of webpages. Apart from that a really good stay. Great free bookable shuttle service to the airport.

Room wasn't ready 2 hours after the nominated check in time. Had to wait about half an hour, eventually got a frree coffee while waiting after asking for it (not offered). Eventually did the check-in, went up to the room and it still wasn't ready. Had to wait another half an hour while the cleaners did their job. Hotel was also noisy with some sort of shouting and constant thumping overhead. Very disappopinting overall.
