Have stayed here before when it was Waldorf Astoria. The room had been refreshed and was spotless although the Balcony needed some attention. Great location for the CBD and Britomart and next door to Spark Arena. Arena Parking Building handy for the car with a reasonable nightly parking rate. Very happy and will return

Good location as easy walking distance to shops and waterfront areas and supermarket. Nice spacious apartment. There was no wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom and no coat hangers at all in the main bedroom. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again

Location excellent
On the whole it’s a good place especially for spark arena. So you will have noise but to be expected. What was not expected was have to wait till nearly 4.30 to have a room ready. For the price paid not having the room from 2pm was disappointing. They seemed completely overwhelmed by being full.

Breakfast place was so full and I was not able to find any spot even only for myself. Some group of people never paid attention to the other guests having occupied the tables and hotel staffs dod not really manage the clouds so I stayed there just sitting at the counter for 5 minutes and left after having some orange juice and a small croissant. Not a nice breakfast indeed…

Very spacious apartment. Nice balcony. Clean. Good kitchenette. Washing machine and dryer. The chrome cast struggled, often disconnected for no reason. TV is good. Friendly check un staff.

They Charged me twice and I still have not been able to contact anyone at the hotel. Emails ignored, phone doeanr get answered. Aside from that, they had one staff member on at check out on a Sunday morning. Long line forms due to lack of staff. Hotel is decent but the service is terrible and making unauthorised transactions on a person’s debit card is not on.
