Wonderful staff, kind ladies on on the morning of Sunday 24/7, who helped transport our elderly (2) folks and 4 trolleys of luggage across the airport. We will alway remember this gesture of kindness. Thank you again.

Adjacent to airport for an early flight. No need for shuttle bus or taxi. Pricey but what you pay for convenience. Rooms were adequate. Frosted glass wall to bathroom meant night light in bathroom lit up main room.

Wry handy to international airport. Lo Ely restaurant. Great service. However, we had no lights from 8pm til we phoned at 6am and they had to come and reset the meter. The jug leaked everywhere and was dangerous.

Very comfortable hotel to stay in to rest prior to our departure after 2 weeks of travel in New Zealand. Very much appreciated the hotel being so accommodating with our check out when our flight was delayed 8 hours.
