All the employees we encountered from the front reception personnel, the concierge, the casino host, the luggage handlers, and the cleaning staff, were extremely, courteous, prompt, and polite. We had a wonderful stay here. The cost was very reasonable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I love doing staycations here, and this time it was for my daughters 13th who is a sucker for room service! Yummy food and spot on with timing. A bit on the pricey side but totally worth the experience.

I have stayed numerous times at sky city and it is central and easy to get around, although it is not exceptional like it used to be, has aged a bit and feels ho hum for the price. Tried to book direct but was told full but could through expedia

We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and clean however, the kitchenette is very close to the kids sleeping it should be in the other bedroom as well as a table and chairs for eating as there is no place to sit if young children need to eat. Overall we loved staying here and will be back sometime in the future 😊

None of the staff gave correct info all 6 different people i spoke to misinformed me.. check in was terrible as no one said i needed a credit card although i paid the hotel before arriving. Due to tge muvk around by staff i literally arrived 4am and checked out 9am id not stay there in a hurry terrible experience for what you pay. Lucky i dont have meetings in cbd often

SkyCity Hotel location is in the center of Auckland's CBD within walking distance of pretty much everything. It has the City's landmark Sky Tower and casino with huge prizes. The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is highly recommended and we'll come back again if we're in the area.

Loved how spacious and tidy the room was. We really enjoyed how everything was close by. Only thing would have been nice to know ahead of time was about the $100 bond had to pay when checking in. If known ahead of time could have planned better for our trip. Other than that we had a great time.
