It's always great staying here. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel is quiet, and there's plenty of street parking. It's close to the motorway with lots of food options nearby if you don't want to dine at the restaurant onsite.

Disappointed. We booked a suite with a balcony, as advertised on the website with photos. When we arrived the room didnt have a balcony, we ended up paying $60 more just so we could have a balcony, the room was also smaller and not a suite size which we wanted. Parking, we paid $25 a night, only to have issues with our spot being taken from people using the restaurant area. Bed was extremely annoying, as they were two single beds pushed together, so they were constantly moving apart through the night. Spa pool we didnt bother to use because of the lack of privacy from other rooms, you can literally see other guests in there room. Breakfast service was slow one plate came out a lot quicker than the other, so we ended up having half cold while waiting for the add ons to our breakfast, and for the price of two people was $81 so was expecting a lot better than that for the price we paid, we ended uber eating all other meals while we stayed. We wanted a luxury stay and this hotel did not give that, looks the part but overall the stay was a disaster, not to mention the party that was happening accross the road upon arrival. I would not recommend and wish we had chose a better facility.

My hubby and I stayed here on our way home from a trip for our 2nd time. It is a lovely hotel and staff are super friendly and happy! Room was lovely and I couldn’t fault anything. We will be back again! The restaurant is great and again…. Staff are excellent in there too

I was in Auckland for 3 nights staying at the Soho Hotel, the tiger restaurant, staff and facilities were very nice. The hotel was also priced well against others i looked at , therefore i was not disappointed upon arrival to experience such a clean fresh and friendly establishment. added bonus was the on site gym. free parking was available around the hotel, however i imagine if when busy this would not necessarily be available and the valet parking would be an option. the only minor thing was i mentioned some broken glass in the parking area to front reception, however this was not taken care of by the morning ( it posed a risk of puncture to their customers) other than this it was a fantastic stay.

This hotel is ideally located near the motorway, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are polite. A nice bonus is the beautiful views of the Sky Tower. Perfect for a convenient and pleasant stay.

The hotel seems very new. It's located in an area close to a motorway but sound insulation is excellent so it's very quiet. The neighbourhood isn't the nicest part of Auckland with many industrial/commercial buildings around the hotel. But there is a supermarket close by. It's also easy to get to the airport and the city. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast at the restaurant was very nice. Coffee was also great!

The room is spacious with a nice interior and easy TV connection via Chromecast. However, the bathroom has a sliding door that doesn’t lock, and the shower lacks a door, causing water to spread on the floor. There's also a small gap in the door, making it less private—something to consider if sharing with someone you’re not comfortable with. Breakfast was a little overpriced, and despite ordering the same dish, we received them at different temperatures and missing ingredients. Overall, enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

First stay at Soho and i fell inlove i really love everything about it, they truly provide everything and such luxury from hot chocolate to coffee machine and i just love the touch of elegance i can see alot of thought went into everything. Service was great, staff was happy to help me with whatever questions i needed answers to. Lovely food. I will be back thank you for providing an exceptional experience

The staff was supper nice and welcoming. I thought everyone was great but the front desk girl was super nice and helpful. She even walked us around to let us pick out the perfect suit before we settled into what room we wanted . The I think manager of maybe house keeping I’m not sure suggest us to look at the end room that had two balconies and all surrounded by beautiful glass windows. We picked that room . Only one complaint was we paid a bit more for a room with a spa on the balcony, but we decided not to pick that room since it really had no privacy. The rooms above you could look down on you and unfortunately didn’t get a refund . That’s ok though it was more of my fault for picking that room first and booking with a third party .The big soaker tub in our room definitely made up for it . They also have great specialty cocktails I really enjoyed . The $25 food voucher was great we used it the day we left and got coffee, croissant with cheese and tomatoes and another bakery item. Perfect for the road to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
