Don’t stay here on a weekend. There were multiple parties until early hours of the morning and no one did anything about it. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Shouldn’t be a VIP property.

We were in town for Coldplay concert so prices everywhere were high was nice although got very hot at night with limited ability to cool it down Air con wasn’t sufficient for space Staff not overly friendly and no smiles Based on customer service I wouldn’t hurray back as there is far better options in Auckland

What a great place to stay after a 14 hour flight. The room was clean, bright and spacious. It is suprisingly quiet considering the busy roads. Well stocked, comfortable bed, and even a washer and dryer in the suite. I highly recommend.

It was a great stay and very nicely laid out apartment. I would have given it a top rating except for the TV. Could not access Channel One even after complaining about this. No streaming channels available only free to air minus TV One.
