Love the 2-bedroom family apartment. Perfect for our family. Friendly staff. Great service. We have stayed before and we already have another booking in September. Don't tell anyone though cause the rooms will all be booked out. Very handy to central city, motorways and public transport

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s handy to the city with good transport available if needed. The rooms are always very clean, staff are pleasant and helpful. Parking onsite is a plus. Lovely parks nearby for walking.

Disney on Ice
Family visit Auckland to go to Disney on Ice. Hotel is close to Spark Arena and on the bus route to the venue. Very handy. We booked 2 bedroom apartment which is great for our family. Went out for dinner after the show and bussed back up to Parnell and then walked to the Hotel.

Great for family stay
We had a 2 bedroom suite for pur family stay. Ideal for teenagers as plenty of space and kitchen. Although everything wAs very dated it was still very clean and everything worked as it should. Awesome views. 10 min walk to Parnell rise. Great location with uber on hand.

This was a fantastic choice for our family of 4 (2 ad, 9 yr old and 3 yr old). The apartments were well laid out with plenty of room. Lounge area was decent, and the 2 bedrooms were great (1 queen in one room, and 2 queens in the other). Decent bathroom and the kitchen was great with basic equipment (fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 electric hobs). Could benefit from a refresh but clean and tidy. Check in was a breeze and the staff at reception were briliant to deal with. A bonus was the guest laundry ($3 for each and reception is the go to to get coins). Didnt use the restaurant. Found it to be such a handy location for any destination we wanted to visit. Parking is free which was great, just be aware there is a steep hill. We parked around the back as it wasnt as steep and they had an undercover thoroughfare to the main side. Would absolutely stay again
