Hotel me surpreendeu. A cidade Ă© tĂ­pica de interior, e o hotel consegue aliar o pitoresco do lugar e ter um excelente conforto. Como estĂĄ em ĂĄrea de muita natureza, Ă© natural ter certos animais, tipo insetos. Mas nada que seja inconveniente, faz parte. Levamos repelente e ficamos de boa. Quarto limpo e rĂșstico, amei! Água limpa, ar condicionado perfeito.Lençóis e toalhas limpos e macios. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ muito variado. E a decoração da sala de cafĂ© show!! SĂł nĂŁo pudemos usar o restaurante pois a cozinheira estava afastada por saĂșde. Mas o delivery foi Ăłtimo de noite. SĂł tenho elogios ao hotel e funcionĂĄrios. Ótimo custo benefĂ­cio.

Hotel muito simpåtico e propÔes a contemplação da natureza.. O café da manhã é excelente. A rusticidade e alguns improvisos trås alguns de desconfortos dos móveis do quarto e na årea do restaurante.

Hotel tem muito potencial, mas...
O hotel fica numa årea verde super bonita, com excelentes espaços ao ar livre pra caminhada, atividades, lazer... Infelizmente o serviço deixa a desejar, no café da manhã ninguém do hotel pra ajudar, apenas os alimentos servidos ali com a louça. Itens que tinham acabado com reposição muito lenta, e sinceramente esperava mais de um café na fazenda. A cozinha funciona com muitas restriçÔes de horårio pra fazer o pedido e notadamente percebemos muitos itens que estavam no cardåpio e não estavam disponíveis. O quarto que ficamos tinha um bom espaço, mas não conta com frigobar e nem ågua quente. A Tv funcionou de forma precåria, apenas sinal gratuito e imagem muito ruim. A porta do banheiro fazia um barulho estridente nível cinco, o que incomodava muito as outras pessoas do quarto. Banheiro de tamanho razoåvel, porém sentimos falta de condiçÔes melhores pra colocar itens como shampoo, toalha de banho, etc. As camas não eram muito confortåveis, assim como os travesseiros. Toalhas e lençóis regulares. Ficamos duas diårias, não houve serviço de limpeza no quarto, então não tenho como avaliar. Na entrada o quarto tinha limpeza a desejar é um cheiro de trancado, umidade.

O Ășnico ponto positivo foi o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ que Ă© melhor do que muitos hotĂ©is em grandes centros do Brasil. Os problemas jĂĄ começaram no check-in quando de forma constrangedora fui cobrado pela funcionĂĄria JanaĂ­na pelo pagamento das diĂĄrias, o que eu jĂĄ tinha pago no app da Hoteis.com quando efetuei a reserva. Tive que mostrar o e-mail constatando o fato e mesmo assim ela ficou desconfiada. Como cheguei ao hotel meia hora antes, ela disse que o quarto ainda estava sendo arrumado. Quando retornei ao hotel (Ă  noite), o quarto descrito no site nĂŁo condizia com o local. Resultado: tivemos que nos hospedar em outro quarto. Na primeira noite eu e minha esposa mal dormimos pelo ar condicionado fraco e muitos mosquitos (sabe Deus se nĂŁo eram da Dengue). No cafĂ© da manhĂŁ tivemos de aturar hĂłspedes barulhentos e que nĂŁo houve atitude do hotel para resolver o fato. Na segunda noite, alĂ©m dos problemas da primeira, ainda teve um grupo de hĂłspedes que chegou Ă s 2h da manhĂŁ fazendo a maior algazarra no hotel e ninguĂ©m fez nada para resolver. Resultado: nova noite mal dormida. Por todas estas situaçÔes nĂŁo me restou outra saĂ­da a nĂŁo ser cancelar a Ășltima diĂĄria e voltar para casa. O fim de semana romĂąntico com minha esposa foi pro brejo. E quando conversei com o gerente Hueidi ele apenas me disse que nĂŁo poderia fazer nada se os hĂłspedes nĂŁo tinham educação. Ou seja, hotel sem gestĂŁo e que os hĂłspedes se resolvam na bala, na faca, sei lĂĄ.
