Great stay, staff were very helpful. Stayed for a conference. Raquel was super helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. Both her and Randi were especially helpful in setting up a spur of the moment reception for some other attendees of the same event.

The room was very comfortable and the air worked great. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only complaint was there was not an in-room safe. These days I feel that is imperative.

Arrived, the first night we could not sleep. We were infested with bites all over. We brought extra sheet just in case and still got bite. Very uncomfortable and disgusted. No complementary coffee or anything. My wife Requested the room be cleaned and re-done. We were there for a wedding. This was ti much cost for our stay and troubles. Didn’t even give a discount for the discomfort.

A fantastic place to stay.
The Hotel was truly amazing. Beautiful rooms with super comfy beds. Staff were friendly and caring going the extra mile. Great location with restautants close by. The pool and outside area was excellent. I will definately return.
