The property isn’t the nicest. Had a foul smell, wallpaper peeling, not the cleanest room. The Air Conditioner worked but it was extremely loud-which made it very difficult to sleep.

Overall three stars. Pros: the room was very nice and quiet. The entire hotel was booked because of a large local event, but I didn’t hear any noise from above me or to the sides. Cons: The hotel has a sign at the front desk warning of “crickets” in the rooms, but my room had roaches. Big ones. When I reported that to the front desk, twice I was told by two different employees that they were “crickets”. I told them I know a cricket from a roach, and these were roaches. They sprayed the room at my request, but were not nice about it and acted inconvenienced. The water for a shower was luke warm.

The facility was average. The buffet was excellent except for the powdered eggs and keibalsa sausage. Our room smelt like the previous people had smoked in the room... a lot. When I brought this up to the hotel they did not offer to switch rooms. I had to ask if we could switch rooms, they told us there were no other two bedrooms. We were staying in town for a family emergency otherwise we would of switched hotels. If our room did not smell like smoke, we would of given it a 5 rating. Staff was nice, laundry facility clean, grounds clean.

It was alright. It had the bare minimum. The water in the shower took forever to get hot. This morning (10/10) I had lukewarm water. There’s no dining option in the hotel, but tons of stuff around the area. Breakfast was eh. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great.

The hotel is in a quiet, nice area. Breakfast is good, but the free Wi-Fi was not worked. The room phone also not worked, I couldn't call front desk when needed, had to walk down. The room was smelly. I asked to switch to another room, but the front desk lady said the hotel was full. So, she came up and spayed the room with deordor spray. The hand sanitizer in hotel lobby and breakfast areas was empty. I asked the front desk staff to refill, bur she said the hotel ran out of it.
