I have stayed here twice. Once for a convention. My stay was so pleasant that when I needed an overnight stay in Austin I booked again on my personal stay. Very convenient for walking and quiet enough for sleep. Parking is expensive $80

the facility and staff were fantastic BUT, the VALET parking needs to revisit their system and how they handle the customer's keys. i had to wait for 1.5 hours for them to find my keys at checkout. They have a locked box/kiosk where the keys are kept which holds several hundreds of keys in no particularly kept order. the hooks are numbered but obviously do not correspond with the keys and the ticket. at $60.00 a day, this is not acceptable.will not be returning to this location because of this.

Despite the hotel’s cleanliness, the exorbitant valet parking fee was a significant inconvenience. During a severe snowstorm, the main lobby and the second-floor breakfast area were noticeably cold and uncomfortable. The front desk staff were wearing parka jackets, which further underscored the lack of adequate heating. The daily parking fee amounted to nearly $66 per night.

Housekeeping Mix-Up During My Stay

The day after I checked into the hotel, housekeeping knocked on my door despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the latch. When I didn’t respond, the housekeeper used a master key card to open the door. I was near the door, so I held it shut and asked why they were entering. The housekeeper explained they believed I was checking out and needed to clean the room. I clarified that I had just checked in and wasn’t leaving for two more days. It turned out they had been given the wrong room number. Aside from this mix-up, my day was good.
