The room was old, dark and dingy. Needed an update. When we would go for breakfast we would see people with coupons, when I asked for a coupon I was told "No." No explanation just no. The same happened for drinks. The staff at the bar was wonderful and very friendly, but that is the only positive I could say. Overall, I will be coming to Austin a lot as my daughter and her finance moved there, but I will not be staying here again.

It’s very clean and safe, nice location for us, close to the University where our granddaughter attend, the only thing is close to the Highway and it’s a bit noisy from time to time, it bothered my husband but it did not bother me at all.

Rooms leave much to be desired for but the location is fantastic. Normally there are electric scooters parked right out front of the hotel, amazing taco truck and gas station 50 feet from entrance. It's about a 1 min scooter ride to bars and night life, 5 min to 6th street. 15 min from the airport. Prime spot.

Nightmare stay
Check in was late because the rooms were not ready. The room was not clean all the way. The toilet was broke when we first checked in. They came up and fixed it but didn’t clean behind themselves or remove the part of the toilet they replaced.
