This was the smallest and strangest room we have ever occupied. Like, smaller than any room we’ve stayed in NYC. The valet was kind, but zero help with luggage. Definitely not a redo.

Extremely expensive valet parking, especially compared to the price of the room. Forgot to clean our rooms. Food and service in the restaurant was very good. Price for the rooms were good but rooms are relatively small but overall a good value

Very expensive valley parking compared to the price of the room also rooms are very small but value overall is good. Both of our rooms were not serviced. Service in the restaurant was good as was the food

The good: - very friendly and helpful staff - nice modern rooms The not so good: - parking is a problem (in the area in general), so if you travel by car be aware it will cost ~$60/night for valet parking (no self-service), or look for options nearby - the rooms are tiny and the design of the restrooms is a bit strange - you have an almost see through glass wall, so if you decide to share a room with a friend, it could be interesting

Nice place but forced COLD plunge desirable.
I went to a film festival. It was a fantastic location and comfortable. My only BIG complaint was the forced cold plunge every morning since there was no hot water in the shower. Every morning, I would take a hobo shower since hot water came from the sink but not the shower.
