The good: valet parking is $20 less than other hotels in downtown. The front desk, breakfast crew and especially the valet were really hospitable! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was clean. Big bathroom and shower which is nice. The bad: The room to our door was jammed so it was really difficult to pull open and close, especially with a toddler. We had a 1 bedroom and The AC came from the bedroom. So the bedroom was super warm but the living room would be cold. The living room couch was kind of uncomfortable but manageable for a week. The bed was ok.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The hotel is located in an up and coming location, so expect homeless and a short walk to the trendy areas. Also, the hotel rooms are not ready by check in. If you can get a good price it’s definitely a solid location. Breakfast and bar had no issues.

No thanks on a return visit
I am a terminally ill, transplant list disabled person. When calling in advance about parking I was told there is no special parking for the disabled. I ended up parking 8 blocks seat and taking a Lyft to hotel. Upon arriving I was then told oh yeah after we spoke I inquired and you can park anywhere! I ended up walking back to my vehicle and moving it to the hotel. No help at all and no call after the desk figured it out. Even though they knew my name number and reservation. I also requested housekeeping to my room three times and waited until 10pm. My first request was at 1100am.

The property was nice and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and easily accessible. H-bar was out of several items on the menu the first night we were there. The chicken sandwich was sub-par. There was a loud bar behind the hotel that made sleeping difficult since the music went late into the night. Down the street were a large number of homeless people so walking is not advisable.
