We loved our stay at Lakeway resort! We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony lake view room. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The cucumber infused water and cookies in the lobby were an added treat. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with the view of the lake. It was our first time visiting and we would love to come back.

the resort is gorgeous. Room is fabulous. View is awesome! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu and portions need to be worked on. Disappointed by the taste of some dishes. We did breakfast, lunch and dinner here - and it is overpriced, taste isn't matching how good the place is. Restaurant will pull the rating down to 3.5 stars. We wanted to do late checkout since we had to drive to get some brunch and come back and resort said they have to charge us $50 for late checkout.

We chose to stay here for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The room was perfect and the balcony with the view of the lake was breathtaking. We accidentally forgot some clothes in the closet and guest services agreed to FedEx us our clothes so we didn’t have to come all the way back. I’m so grateful for their kindness.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the condition of the room. The decor felt outdated and in need of a refresh, and there was a wet spot on the ceiling where the vent blows air, which raised concerns about possible leaks or ventilation issues. To make things worse, I found hairs in the bathroom from previous guests, which made it clear that the cleaning standards were not up to par. For the price, I expected much better maintenance and cleanliness. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.
