I rented two days they are a rip off just because I didn't arrive on time to check in they said I didn't show up and they did not let me stay not 1 or 2 days that I payed they just kept all my money and did not refund or let me stay they will rip u off do not stay there stay away

The rooms are cheap and convenient but there are roaches, a lot of the amenities are older or don't work as good, mirrors sit on the ground or bathroom sink, you have to ask for every little thing from trash bags to toilet paper, homeless people hangout and use the stair ways as bathrooms too. On the upside it is right next door to a convenience store and is a short walk from a majority of the cool places found on Congress, two bus stops right next to it and always plenty of parking. They do not allow guests to have pets but you will hear the occasional dog somewhere inside. Don't use the ice machine and just hangout in your room. Not wheelchair accessible and all the smoking rooms are on the 3rd floor. Wifi does not work unless you stand outside your room door or on the stairways, wifi is apparently more for the homeless than for guests. Pool is filled with dirt and there is no breakfast or anything offered. Perfect for cheap fast get aways. They also do not accept any cash and you can only pay daily according to them.

The microwave was burnt to a cinder on the inside and appears to have caught fire at one time or another. The furniture looks like was taken from a garbage dump or a yard sale. Bathroom ceiling has black mold on it, water damage, cracks in the drywall on the ceiling. In addition, there was black mold on the shower curtain and the Hot/Cold were reversed. Lighting was subpar. Gave more of a 'Welcome to your new prison cell" vibe than an actual feeling of comfort. TV? Too small for the room size and the cheapskates that run this dump paid for the cheapest package possible. Building is rusting and temporary metal clasps were seen anchored to the iron fence instead of an actual structural repair. Exposed lawnmower under the stairs. Numerous other issues. This place needs a Building Code Inspector to come out and condemn the place.

I didn't like anything they're racist they're rude there's drug users right there on the steps 24/7 just hanging out shooting up with a needle there's roaches in the walls and all the,, beds all the appliances everything's broke in the rooms the carpet is black, and then the people will charge you an amount for whatever reason they come up with they'll continue to keep trying to charge your debit card
