Located in a beautiful building with an upper floor, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room with fireplace, open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 80 m². Points positifs: emplacement (proximité immédiate centre et commerces), equipement plutot complet, quartier calme, forfait draps de lit et linge de toilette inclus.Points négatifs : pas de stationnement privatif, peu lumineux, ménage à revoir (surtout les toiles d'araignée), et cohabitation avec des rongueurs qui ont élu domicile dans les cloisons...
