Took so long to get us the room eventho we had our reservation from the night before our actual arrival date due to weather situation! After all that long wait, the room was not clean! There were still left overs in the mini fridge and some other sutffs here and there! For one night was amazing but I wish better service was delivered!

Excellent service, I was able to check in before the time without problem, very clean facilities, Lola and her team made me feel at home, without a doubt I will return there. The Hotel is really located in the best part of the town and has very good spots for photos. Thank you Lola!!!

Great location, Charming hotel

Our room was very clean and comfortable (queen, no view). It was small but very well appointed, using the spaces available so efficiently- lots of shelves by vanity, hanging and shelf space for clothing and luggage. Heating and air conditioning worked well. Lola at thr front desk was so helpful , assisting my wife with luggage and the stairs.

Besides absolutely no view (windows frosted to block alley view) tiniest hotel room ever -I think I had a bigger room on a cruise once! The motel 6 room we had in Inverness, CA two nights prior was twice the size at a third of the price - i know location location location but really?! The nice thing was we were able to get into the room early as in before noon!

We loved our stay here so much and can’t wait to come back with our teens! Beautiful oceanview in prime location near everything. Comfortable, walls a bit thin but other than that, amazing! Make sure you are agile enough if renting a 4th floor room! This city is a hidden jewel with amazing people and perfect getaway from the Midwest winter!

Nice Stay

This was a peaceful stay with a great view! I chose an ocean view room which required the highest floor. The only complaint was no elevator, but its an island. The climb was not bad at all. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the room with the electric fireplace very warm. No early check in which was a bit disappointed about that. Overall stay was good.
