Ein und auschecken ist korrekt gewesen aber von der KuK freundlichkeit nichts gespürt. Zimmergrösse und Ausstattung für 1-2 Nächte akzeptabel. Eignet sich nur für kurzaufenthalt, was die zahlreiche fernöstliche Gäste auch bewiesen haben. Zimmerwände sind renovationsbedürftig. Welnessbereich ist nur absolutes Minimum. Einzig Lage ist top.

Lieber Gast!Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.Wir sind ein modernes Stadthotel, welches direkt im Zentrum von Bad Ischl liegt.Unsere Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir verzichten jedoch auf den von Ihnen erwarteten Charme aus der Zeit, wo Kaiser Franz Josef der wichtigste Gast in Bad Ischl war.Unser Spabereich verfügt bei einer Größe jenseits der 200 m2 über 2 Saunen und 2 Dampfbäder sowie einen Ruhebereich mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Traun.Das von Ihnen bewohnte Zimmer wurde im Frühjahr 2024 neu eingerichtet.
