In the renowned spa and ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, close to the border i Italian, bright recent apartment, never rented, fully furnished in all its parts for sale. Entrance / living room, kitchenette, terrace allowing table and chairs, bedroom, bathroom and large individual covered garage on the ground floor. Bad Kleinkirchheim a village of about 2000 inhabitants in the district of Spittal an der Drau. This resort is famous for its ski resorts (more than 180 km of slopes with 32 lifts) and for its famous spas, such as the Therme St. Kathrein and the Thermal Romerbad. Routes with measured speed, wonderland for children, benches to rest with pillows of protection from the cold, heated ski stores, ski schools, 800 snow cannons that innately 97 percent of the slopes of the Nockberge mountains guarantee you optimal snow conditions for your skiing holidays in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
In the district of Sankt Oswald, only 3 minutes walk from the Brunnachbahn and the ski slopes, spacious apartment with entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (each for three and two persons), living room with sofa bed and dining table, kitchenette with dishwasher and oven, bathroom with shower and toilet, a toilet, a bathroom with tub, sink, washing machine and dryer. Balcony with mountain view, garden, parking and ski storage in the house.The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit (200 euros) payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit.
We sell skipass in winter ( included special deals like Family and Ski Wellness), and Kärnten Card in summer.
