"In parts very nice and modern. In other parts very old and there is an need of renovation. For example: old windows in the restaurant. Rain comes inside. I really love traditional design, but it is is just old… Very friendly and helpful staff! The main issue is cleanliness. Old dirty upholstery and carpets are really disgusting. Dirty tablecloths are not changed. And it's very family-friendly (lots of children). I think it's way too expensive for the service, but the beautiful spa and outdoor area, the delicious food and the great staff make up for it! "
