Beautiful site
Friendly welcome. We got one of the hotel's few parkings. Public paid parking available few hundred metres away, near the Hot Baths and tram terminal. Bed too soft for us. Shower water wet the floor. Nice warm room. Lovely sound river. Good breakfast.

The hotel is under renovation and there is no staff available. We wanted a bed for 2 but got a super small bed. Wanted to change but the man on the phone (the receptionist who was not present) was unhelpful. First told us it is possible but then changed his mind. Bad service in short.

Nice small hotel in the centre of town. Hotel parking not made obvious so we had to park elsewhere first then shift the car later. (Hotel parking: drive on the main street in front of the hotel, turn left onto the road after the flower shop (2 shops down from hotel), then make another left and you'll find it there). Hotel room itself is basic and small but sufficient, good heating available. Hotel reception and main door closes at 7pm. The black forest guest card is automatically offered on check-in (for an additional 3€ per person), but you can decline it if you don't want it. Breakfast is a simple spread of bread, cereal, yoghurt, ham, cheese - but good enough to start your day. Overall a nice and convenient place.

Bon hotel, très bien situé
C'est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel qui a été rénové récemment. La chambre était petite (mais suffisante pour un week-end), lumineuse et très agréable. La literie est très confortable. Un parking est accessible à moins de 100m. Seul bémol, la chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 16h30

Le réceptionniste essaie de sauver ce qui ne l'est plus. Chambre mal nettoyée. Trouvons une canette de bière oubliée, un gobelet, un liquide collant répandu sur le sol ainsi que sur une table, des cheveux longs sur les draps du lit. Les rideaux mal accrochés dans les glissière ne permettent pas d'occulter la chambre. La tėlé ne fonctionne pas car il manque une télécommandé d'un boitier. Nous avons tout de suite ėtė avertis qu'il ne fallait pas compter trouver une place sur leur parking car trop petit (9 places pour 20 chambres) Prėvoir budget supplémentaire pour les parkings payants. Trés bonne situation en centre ville.

Die Decke war Renovierungsbedürftig, Das Zimmer war Kalt, man musste erst einmal die Heizung hoch drehen. Verteilerkisten stehen offen. Das Reingungspersonal läst das Material (Seife für die Zimmer) mitten im Weg stehen. Die Reinigung des Zimmers sollte auch einmal überdacht werden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich

Frühstück gab es nicht trotz Buchung. Ansonsten alles Selbstbedienung. Man muss anrufen da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Die Zimmer sind lieblos und unüberlegt eingerichtet (offen gezogene Kabel, Durchgang zwischen Bett und Tisch von ist so schmal, dass man sich zwangsläufig stoßen muss. Es gibt keine echten Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer wurde vor Bezug nicht gründlich gereinigt und während des Aufenthalts, wurde lediglich die Bettwäsche lieblos zusammengelegt. Das einzig positive ist der billige Preis (nach Erstattung des Frühstücks) unter 50€ pro Nacht.

Außer beim Einchecken war vom Personal nichts zu sehen. 24h ist die Reception BESETZT hiess es - Falschinfo! Sollte sich im Hause jemand versteckt haben - wissen wir nicht. Jedenfalls vor Ort besetzt-NEIN. Beim Einchecken unsere Frage nach dem Frühstück von 8 - 10 Uhr war die Aussage -" hier wird es sein", wir wurden vom "Empfangschef" zum Frühstücksraum hingeführt. Abgesehen davon verstand, sprach der "Empfangschef nur rudimentär Deutsch. Am nächsten Morgen wie auch am folgenden Morgen war vom Frühstück nichts zu sehen. Lapidar wurde über ein DIN A 4 Blatt mitgeteilt:"Das Frühstück fällt wegen überraschender Erkrnkung aus". - - Die Info aus der in der in Nähe liegenden Bäckerei: "Da gibt es nie Frühstück" - Was soll diese Verarsche, unverschämt ist es. Der Zugang zum Bett war nur einseitig über einen ca 30 cm breiten Gang möglich. und dort stand noch ein Heizkörper. Teilweise kam man nicht aneinander vorbei exterem schmal war der Weg zwischen Bett und Tisch dafür war es an anderer Stelle besser.Ergo: Leistung mäßig, nicht empfehlens- wert.

Un excellent choix à Bad Wildbad
Hotel en cours de rénovation. Notre chambre était tout neuve, avec un bon confort. L'Hotel est situé au centre de Bad Wildbad, à 10 min à pied des thermes, avec de nombreux restaurant autour. Il donne sur une rue piétonne, donc, calme assuré.
