Gerne nehmen wir wie folgt Stellung: Gästekarte Wir möchten ergänzen, dass die Gästekarte automatisch bei jedem Check in abgegeben wird. Bitte verzeihen Sie das Missverständnis. Wir gehen davon aus, dass Sie während Ihrem Aufenthalt noch von diesem Angebot profitieren konnten. Pausen/Öffnungszeiten Réception Pausen am Front Office sind in unserem Hotelsegment üblich. Als Arbeitgeber möchten wir unseren Mitarbeitenden eine würdige Pause ermöglichen. Frühstück Unser Frühstück ist grundsätzlich zur Selbstbedienung. Unser Service ist jedoch immer vor Ort, um zum Beispiel älteren Gästen beim Buffet zu unterstützen oder Kaffee an den Tisch zu servieren, oder abzuräumen. Tagesvorhänge Periodische Reinigungen und Ersatzengpässe sind aufgetreten. Wir entschuldigen uns für das Missverständnis.
