It’s not the same quality as it used to be. The bathroom tiles are so old. Very pathetic that shampoo and hand soap were terribly diluted. The pumps of the dispensers were not working. The drivers’ quarters was designed like a morgue freezer. What happened to you, The Manor?

We really enjoyed our stay at The Manor at Camp John Hay. Staff are respectful and courteous and dressed properly. I just found it noisy because the windows have to be opened as there is no air conditioning. The sound of vehicles outside and the people talking can be heard so loud.

Super outdated 4 star hotel
Pros: Spa was great, and the ala carte food from the downstairs restaurant was delicious (but not the buffet). Come: Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are outdated, and staff is inconsistent on service. Even check-in was not friendly.

The only thing that I don't like is that there are cockroaches in the restroom. Otherwise, our overall experience was great and we love the holiday theme. Buffet was great as well.
