Situated across the road from the Mitchell River, and minutes from the town centre, this 1903 Edwardian beauty has character in spades. Soaring pressed metal ceilings abound, and accommodation for 11, including pets, is unmatched in this area. Family holidays don’t come any grander.

Originally a family home, Noble View became a private hospital in the 1920’s and houses massive skylights then installed by Dr Marchesini. Whilst not in use now, the house boasts 5 open fireplaces.

The double red brick home consists of 4 generous bedrooms, each with its own unique character – including a room that houses 4 children (or adults).

Watch the sunset with a drink on our tessellated veranda or soak in our large cast iron bathtub in one of the 2 bathrooms, then enjoy the open fire in the cosy lounge. Indulge in a cook-up in the full kitchen or BBQ in the large yard where fruit trees abound.

With split systems and localised heating and fans, you’ll be warm in winter and cool in summer.

A short walk takes you to town, or amble along the river to glorious Howitt Park and the playgrounds and boat launch, or explore the fabulous Rail Trail, just around the corner.

And of course, you’re just 15 minutes from Metung and the Hot Springs, or Paynesville and the famed koala sanctuary of Raymond Island.

There’s absolutely everything you need for a fantastic getaway. Enjoy the history and make lasting memories.
