The receptionist Kim was excellent with superior Costner service . The heater worked properly. Some of the bath towels so worn out not think it was clean but not fluffy and fresh looking

Great everything except the brown or burned scrambled eggs that were served everyday. At first, I was trying to give some grace by someone messing up the eggs but I was wrong. Please stop serving those brown or burned eggs.

Great escape.

My wife and I went for a business trip and only stayed one night. We were pleasantly surprised how clean the rooms were. The breakfast was good and filling. The staff was very kind. There was also shopping centers and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay there again.

Front desk gave us a room without AC, and they did not inform us about this. They refuse to switch to a room with AC, claiming they are fully booked. Finally they agreed to switch us to a smaller room, but the sofa bed is full of dirt. End up with switching again to get a livable room. Front desk was very rude, but the manager was nice.
