Unfortunately our stay was not so great. Our neighbors next door were having a party until 3:30am. We called the front desk about it around 11:20pm and yet the noise continued.

This was our second time staying at the Hyatt Place in Bakersfield. Both times we had a wonderful stay with clean rooms and a clean hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with our room keys, the front desk lady (I am so sorry I can't remember your name, I remember faces better than names), was helpful in finding a solution and making sure we got access to our room again as quickly as possible.
