Started off: one key would not work at all, 2nd only after several tries. The key scanner was obviously damaged. 2nd: toilet seat was wet, thought maybe it was from sliding the shower curtain too quickly and maybe some droplets fell....turnss out the ceiling is leaking in a few different places right above the toilet and around the light fixture. Finally, seeing two different roaches at two different times was not a positive experience, either. Disappointing.

NEVER AGAIN! Water in ceiling dropping onto us while in bed, smelled like smoke bad, bugs in rooms, very uncomfortable. It was a horrible experience but it was a business trip with no option to cancel without penalties.

Not worth it!
Pretty disgusting conditions. Floors were clearly not vacuumed. There was a no smoking policy but my children found a cigarette bud on the floor. Stained top blankets. No warm water in the showers. Overall not a great place to stay.

From the time I got there the people behind the counter had no customer skills no personalities whatsoever like they didn't want to be there, when I got to my room it smelled like some sort of Lysol, and I don't know who they're manttinece person is but he should put away the caulk the fixtures are so outdated and slathered with caulk it was disgusting! I woke up in the middle of the night only to find cockroaches scurrying around the baseboards! I was placed in room 133right next to housekeeping the washers and dryers were going loudly till 9pm!!! I will never go back! I don't recommend anybody to go to this place, unless you like cockroaches of course!

My tv was not working and a nice young man fixed it right away. The breakfast area was nice and clean. The pool was nice. There were people hanging out in their balconies smoking. There were homeless people in this area. I did not feel safe walking.

Not what I was expecting
Room did not look like the picture. Room smelled like cigarette and water. Restroom had a little mold on the tub. No outlets by the bed. Was not warned that even though one had made a reservation you had to pay 100 dollars deposit. That would have been nice to know. It wasn’t what I was expecting but the front lady was nice.
