Great stay for two days on Valentines day. Kitchen area was very helpful had all silverware, pots,pans etc. Clean room and peaceful stay. Only thing i didnt like that i wasnt told we couldnt use chime cards for the incidental fee so make sure to bring major bank cards. Great experience overall at the hotel.

There was a problem with the hot water - couldn’t shower at all the second morning hotel staff were not sympathetic. (Was told it was because i was on an upper floor - by that standard, the faucet on the top of a NYC skyscraper would emit ice cubes.) Desk staff wasn’t exactly warm - not outright rude, but didn’t give off welcome feelings nevertheless. It is the kind of thing where the guest knows that if he has a reasonable complaint, he still had better brace for a hassle. The room itself. It was simply unattractive. Could have used some carpeting and warm colors and more pictures. Walls were glaringly white, and lighting was consequently harsh. Bottom line: no way i will choose one of your hotels again.

Very friendly staff and well equipped rooms. Great price compared to other options. The full kitchen was a nice accomodation. Some issues with building mechanicals that need to be addressed. Dishwasher was broken, shower water would not stay one temperature, and front door kept getting stuck closed.

The hotel was clean and room appear nice. The television did not work, they finally brought us a new remote. The water in the shower would never get hot, no one ever showed up to fix, the man at front told my sister just open valves and let run for 25 minutes… really. We did, never got hot. The phone only works if you unplug and plugged it back in twice. You be lucky if it works after the second time. Will never stay there again.
