Don't ever stay here
The room was dirty, with stains on the bed and dressers. The shower was disgusting, old and parts of the ceiling were coming off. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff has no knowledge of customer service the hotel lobby is always dirty . We were there for two nights our room was never cleaned the second day, we told the receptionist to at least have our towels change when we returned later that day room was not touches at all not even our bed, when we went downstairs to complain the receptionist words were(“Icome in after 3 pm I don’t know what goes on during the day” ) not even an apology. Of all the hotels we been in our lives this far the worst . Iam very disappointed with Expedia recomendó NV this terrible place

Disgusting, dirty, old. Holes in walls. When we got into our room, the TV was on, windows were open. Decor very dated. Didn't think elevator was gonna get us to our floor. Staff not helpful. Too busy on their personal phones to assist. Not personable at all.

The staff was great and very helpful. Although it looked they put effort into updating the rooms the workmanship fell a little short along with the furnishings. Overall we did have a nice stay. Very convenient location. Walking distance to all the hot spots!

This is my 2nd time staying while I hate to pay $60 for parking over night I understand they don’t have it . It’s the fact my bathroom was outdated and not clean and after spending the day out doors at a baseball game coming back to a broken ac unit wasn’t great . Unable to sleep so to no ac made things worse . The bed needs to be replaced also or at least flipped as it sinks in the middle even the bathroom art is questionable

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed.
This hotel doesn't care about customers, did not have parking had to pay over 30$. Did not brief about anything that the hotel offered, which wad nothing. Bathroom was a total mess. Faucet not working tub now stopper and wholes in the wall. Toilet paper holder broken and a lot more. This hotel should not be in business.

Slow check-in in ugly lobby with old, worn-out furniture. Elevator hardly worked, room was not quite as horrible, but furniture old, wallpaper was coming off and short on amenities. Loud from street all night, and although only one block from inner harbor, dirty and unsafe location.

First room placed in bed broken. Second room placed in batgroom dirty and used shower items left in shower aling with second tv not working at all. Customer service was great. But cindition of room very poor and never received call from property manager like i was told i would receive

The room’s light didn’t work, the shower was dingy, there was no AC unit to control and the room was so hot, mini fridge didn’t work, it was a mess. We left, worst hotel room I ever stayed in. Front desk was very sweet and friendly, the one good part of our stay.

They had someone in our room. Gave us another room too small for four people told them no then they gave us a room with a hole behind toilet, bathtub filling with water and could not change the water from the tub to shower had to call for service to come and wiggle it yet it only worked half way leaving the water flowing from shower and below filling up the tub, sink filling with water, two towels for four people said no clean towels we have to wait until the morning. Paint peeling everywhere, tv hanging off wall looks like it may fall. My granddaughter which is 8 was grossed out. The kids had to brush their teeth and spit in toilet because the sink was filled with water. Smell of weed in halls and elevator. Paint peeling in elevator. Staff sat in lobby when we got in and stayed there while we addressed them. Very unprofessional. We complained to supervisor the morning and they gave us the original room we booked the night before we left. That room was not good either but sink and bathtub worked. It was a nightmare, don’t book there, please don’t do it. You can actually see the sloppy patch work their maintenance person did. Junk hotel. I’ve never stayed in a Comfort Inn in such a terrible condition. We were going to transfer to another hotel that night but the kids were too exhausted from the drive and my sister said it was too much for them. Thank God it was only a two night stay.
