It was nothing like the pictures on the site. It was in an unsafe environment. Broken glass throughout the walkways to the rooms. Rooms were not clean at all. The room’s air conditioner was taped up, vents were not cleaned, little hole in the wall, tv only had like 6 channels, and it looked like the tub was broken at one point and it was welded on.

One room we had, was disgusting and dirty, there was a chair that looked like someone was killed in it. We went back to the office and asked forca different room. When we went into the second room ... it was filled with animal droppings and a rat ran across the base of the tub in the room. Nasty !!!

Sleep In Your Car or Literally Anywhere Else!!!!!!
The place was DISGUSTING!! My husband said “the guy who checked me in said we have 10 minutes to decide if we want to change rooms” so that’s automatically a red flag.I went in and dropped the bags and immediately saw and killed 3 huge roaches. The room was the nastiest room I’ve ever seen. There was trash (actual trash not just papers and stuff) under be bed, you could hear mice in the walls, there were burn holes in the blankets(it’s non smoking) there was dead roaches and bugs everywhere. I didn’t even want to sit my bag down and I definitely didn’t sit down. My husband got back and I showed him everything and we kept hearing what we thought were mice and we looked out the window and there were a couple of rats running around under peoples cars. We immediately left and I tried to get a refund from hotels.com and they said they have to see if the hotel will give permission to issue the refund. The hotel said they’re wont do a refund but we could change rooms. The problems that room had isn’t a room specific issue it’s a whole hotel issue. Hotels.com said they aren’t able to issue the refund it has to be the hotel which I don’t believe because anytime I’ve had an issue checking in to a hotel the hotel always says that I need to call hotels.com because they aren’t able to modify/cancel/refund or do anything with my booking since it’s a 3rd party app but now hotels.com says they aren’t able to issue the refund. So I paid for a room for 5 minutes and got a room somewhere else.

Went to check into our hotel today and YOOOO… DO NOT… I REPEAT DO NOT book a room at Days Inn Towson, MD! I should have known something was up when the lady who checked us in said if you don’t like the room come back within 15 mins (you shouldn’t stay in a room where you don’t want to stay)… another red flag they didn’t ask for an incidental fee. I’m so mad… Hotels.com better give me my money back!!! I went and told the lady about all the issues in the room and she said the maids don’t care… the room smelled so bad (cigarette smoke when we asked for a non smoking room) She said I can get you another room… I said nope, we’re leaving. DO NOT STAY there!! The rooms do not look like the pictures!

Overall the room was decent. I booked the room for the jacuzzi tub. I had a sore leg and wanted to relax unfortunately only one jet on the tub worked. Also the plug that was supposed to hold the water in did not work. I probably will not stay at this location in the future. On the upside, i did request an extra blanket and was able to get one even though originally i was being told not to get my hopes up because there may not be any.

If you like rats, roaches and human feces in your bed, this place is for you!! We saw five rats on the second floor, and you know what they say. If see one there’s a hundred you don’t. This place should be condemned. The front desk manager looked like she showered a month ago, very unkept. She also loves to curse at customers when they tell her the hotel is absolutely unsuitable for anyone to stay in. I cannot express enough that you are better off sleeping on the sidewalk, before staying at this place. The city of Baltimore seriously needs to condemn this rat hole.
