The staff was fantastic. They all went out of their way to provide us a great experience. The property needs a refresh. The electric blinds in our room didnt work. The floor in the accessible shower was not sloped properly leading to a puddle of water. Lamp shades torn and walls with stains.

Always clean & comfortable. Great breakfast area & breakfast includes. I like that the breakfast hours are spread out over 4 hours. Close to tons of restaurants, the mall & the casino.

I didn't like how AC function with the thermostat. I did like how prompt the staff notified maintenance of the issue with the smoke detector's battery. I also like how quick maintenance responded to the issue.

Blood stains on the sofa and carpet
God awful, there was an active leak in the ceiling. The drain for the shower was clogged. But the absolute worst was blood stains on the sofa and carpeting in front of the sofa!

I liked the complimentary breakfast. I did not like the poor water preasure in the shower. Sink was clogged but they sent jn maintenance to fix it. Rooms are spacious.

Had some difficulty extending my stay? They couldn't just charge my card on file because I booked through a 3rd party? I had to re-check in at 4:30 in the morning? Just goofy, I've traveled a lot through 3rd party bookings and have never had this happen. Staff was great, room was clean!
