The property is beautiful. The services were great. However the pool was out of service and the company did not post that issue on their website. The pool was one of the main reasons for picking this location. Also the guy that work the front desk has no sense of safety. He popped the door open and allowed entry to a guy with bloody hands. The guy wasn't a guest nor was he with a guest. He just rang the bell and the guy working the front desk just popped the door open 11:30 at night with no questions asked. I knew right then we weren't safe there. This was my second stay here but after seeing that I don't think it'll be another one.

Horrid dirty Afraid to stay there granddaughters cried because it was so awful and one afraid of bedbugs. We checked out and hotel and Expedia refused to reimburse us for the night.

First I signed up for three rooms at this particular hotel because it had a pool over a month in advance. When we got there we were told the pool was out of service for maintenance. I said no one told us and that why I booked here. They said it’s been on website for “weeks” but not when I reserved! I said I want to cancel and be refunded. They said not I had to pay one night in both rooms. I canceled other nights. They showed me the room and my granddaughter started to cry because the room was so awful. Linoleum floors, curtains hanging half off hooks, broken and Formica counters in room and bathroom. I again reiterated I wanted a full refund. It was a nightmare and the next day I was. Putting my parents.

Nice location
The hotel was a convenient location for the concert we were attending. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice but the bathroom can use an upgrade. The free breakfast had a nice selection.
