HOT WATER IS KEY!!!!

Upon arrival staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the shower produced no hot water on day one. Staff were notified and friendly to attempt a fix. One night two water from the shower was loop warm at best. Staff was notified again at which she replied with "our engineer is aware of the issue and will straighten it out. " she was apologetic. On night 3 the water was back to not producing hot water. Instead of bothering staff on an issue that couldn't be fixed twice I waited to leave and retune home from the trip

The hotel stay was good. Katie & Andrew were excellent service. Gave me extra blankets. Tom was a good driver he even dropped us off at a restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Really great staff. Overall, a good place to stay. This property was very nice and quiet. The beds are amazing and extremely comfortable. The place was extremely clean. However, there were issues with the shower hot water at times.

Check in was quick but not super friendly as all of my other experiences at other hotels. The receptionist seemed un-interested in being there. One of my keys for the room doesn't work, the elevator was not working properly and the shower doesn't have hot water. Overall not a great experience.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As someone with a disability, I greatly appreciated being given a ground-floor room, which made everything so much more accessible. The front desk team was outstanding—they went above and beyond by recommending an excellent pizza place and even assisting us with the delivery. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
