I left the property upset when I learned I was being lied to about the shuttle. They offered me a complimentary taxi to the airport, but had me to call and schedule the trip so I would be charged. I refused! I told the desk clerk I would call uber so I would know the cost upfront. Ultimately, the hotel covered the trip to the airport. I paid for all other trips including my arrival because they didn't have an overnight driver. Lies! There was no driver!

The front desk person was not very helpful or did he go through our information and stay. He did not provide any insight on our stay. We basically had to ask all the questions that he barely had answers to whereas last year when we stayed here we were accommodated above and beyond. Please don’t have people who are training on staff train and work by themselves. It’s not a good look. Sadly our stay was not as pleasant as last time. Do better with your check in staff. Also got charged twice because he didn’t know how to use the computer or system to check people’s information. We got a refund but what an inconvenience. Don’t put people under 20 years old to run the front desk. Do better.

I checked yesterday evening and everything went fine until thus morning. I was awakened at 8am to a construction crew hammering and sawing in the room above me. I called the front desk and they confirmed that hotel is renovating the room above me. Thus cannot possibly be happening at 8am on a Sunday morning. Very poor consideration for guests staying in your hotel. I will not be staying here again.
