The property was hidden a bit behind a winding entrance off of the highway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but some of the features such as the automatic blinds were not operable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed at this property solely for the indoor pool with two children and woke to the pool closed for maintenance conveniently until our check out time so we asked for a late check out an extra hour just because the kids were in bathing suits excited and wanted to get in and were told no they could not do a late check out so they did not accommodate us at all for the inconvenience. We had black dresses and the sofa in the room got pet hair all over our clothes which means they aren’t cleaning the sofas correctly for a hotel that allows animals. For these reasons we will not be staying here again in the future.

No issues at all other than bed comfort, which wasn’t terrible but just felt the mattress was a little wore out. Otherwise great. Super clean, very large room. Staff was great and breakfast was good. The pool was open and pretty large for a hotel indoor pool. Easy parking and location was nice and semi secluded, but still close to shopping and restaurants.

When I first walk in.....the lobby was clean, very nice....but when I went to my floor,OMG ....the worsted....people yelling and screaming all night,I called they told me i was hearing things....lol what joke.....don't go here....HATED IT

The staff at this Home2 Suites are amazing!! The condition of the hotel could use some maintenance, and upgrades; new flooring; new caulking in showers; blinds; lampshades etc. were in need of some updates and redoing. So that was the only drawback. The staff on the other hand, not enough can be said about how accommodating they all were. I’ve had less accommodating staff at $800 per night. I was able to charge my car, which is a huge bonus, and the hotel is quiet and in a very convenient location. I hope they dump some cash into this establishment and do some of the needed maintenance type fixes, in order to live up to the service that the front desk and others are giving.

This hotel was fine for an overnight stop on our roadtrip, but will likely find another option in the future. Lots of small issues that we usually dont encounter with Hilton hotels (even other Home2 Suites).
