I was told when I arrived to get my room that I’m lucky they had one available, I said, umm I booked it 4 weeks ago, pretty rude. The room was very large, but had a very strong smoke odor. Everything we had there now smells terrible. They need to deep down clean this room.

Had to endure standing in the cold lobby for a hour and a half because the management couldn’t reset the elevators after a fire alarm. Also, the shower tub drain was clogged.
