i thought the receptionist by the name of Tyeshia was extraordinary. It was great how she single-handedly took care of getting large groups of guests their accomdations. She was simply amazing and I think the hotel should elevate her role within the organization and reward her in some fashion for her hand work and dedication,

Checking went ok… very limited selections in their “store” which after flying all day was disappointing. Was never re-stocked either, although they said it was .daily. Door wouldn’t open. It is off center or something. Had to lift it every time to get in. Stains on bathroom ceiling, walls various places. Saw 2 cockroaches… front desk employee lied about someone not being available and turns out they were just a couple doors down but didn’t speak a lick of English. He seemed like he thought it was funny. Breakfast was not near as good as most other chain low budget breakfasts go. Asked to speak to manager. Got an email address. Sent him an email after the trip to discuss the many concerns. Still no response. There’s WAY BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA!!

Stayed for six days. Breakfast could have used a variety. It served the same throughout the week. Sometimes the juices are stale and watery. It always runs out of foods and not replenished for ppl who would eat late breakfast. And when client asks, there lady in charge of the kitchen would say "theres no more bec we have to clean, etc, etc." Hey, we paid for the breakfast. Why is it our fault if you have to hurry and clean up? The room cleaners are the best, but they dont speak or understand English. They ckean pretty well. The front desk staff are nice. The laundry room only had the washing machine working and never worked. I wished they also have laundry supplies

The room right beside ours had children that were unsupervised. Very loud game was going screaming yelling could not sleep. I had a dog. The dog was barking at these kids screaming very disruptive. Did call down and tell whoever was at the desk. They said they would call them, but the noise continued Said I wanted another room, but they said they were full.

My room had a broken towel rack , was missing a lamp shade and had no bath soap in the shower. Overall sense was facility was run down. None of the elevator buttons lit up. Elevator badly worn. Paint and wood chipped and scratched. Breakfast was good. Room clean. Priced well.

Very convenient hotel, close to BWI with easy access and safe parking. We did not use the shuttle but it was available. Exercise facility was clean and machines worked well. Linens and bed were nice and comfortable. Nicely remodeled although an older place, evidenced by our room door which stuck and therefore was hard to open and close and didn’t bolt from inside. I would stay here again.

The shuttle to the airport and rail system made getting around very convenient, drivers are safe and prompt. The staff was hospitable. As far as breakfast, there are no options for diabetics (i.e. sugar free syrup).
