The breath of fresh air I needed!
The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. I love the toiletries that were offered. It says a lot about how the hotel values its patrons. The staff, I can't stop bragging on the staff. They were professional, down to earth, and fun. They went out of their way to ensure my family and I had an enjoyable stay. I also met a new friend because of the sizable, but intimate dining area. A breath of fresh air compared to where we stayed prior. Like night and day. I have found my new go-to whenever I head back to my city of charm! Keep doing an outstanding job! Go Ravens...

The hotel is fine. My problem is the shuttle service. I called the front desk from BWI and the attendant politely directed me to Departures, door 5. Odd, but whatever. All the hotel shuttles were picking up there, so it just must be what they all do. 40 minutes after my call, every other hotel had picked up at least 1 group. No La Quinta. I called, she again said she would call her driver. 25 more minutes go by... no shuttle. So I called YET AGAIN. 10 minutes later as I was about to give up, the shuttle arrived. Next tie I'll choose a different hotel.

Very welcoming and friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Clean spacious updated room, but toilet bowl wasn’t clean. Mattress not firm enough for me. Lots of breakfast choices. Overall good spot and would stay there again.

Pros : airport shuttle, staff are pretty friendly Cons: dirty: stains on my bedsheet and coffee stains on table right when I arrived…. The housekeeping must have not cleaned this room well or at all before I came……. Also someone (it must have been staff because they had a key) opened my door while I was resting, even though housekeeping had already come that day and it was early evening….. made me feel kinda unsafe

I would have liked to have a locked room behind the front desk to store my luggage. I had a few hours to kill before my late afternoon flight but had ne secure area to store my luggage after checkout. Would have been nice to have that service.
