I will never stay or recommend your property. I paid my reservation in full before arriving. No mention of additional charges or fees. I had an additional $155.00 charges that I never agreed to, you should be ashamed of yourselves and I will dispute it with my bank. Your desk clerk hung up on me when I called to dispute the charges you need to train your staff better I used to work for Hilton we never treated guests with such disrespect. Have a good day.

Great location and friendly staff. Booked as a harbor view and if you stood to one side of the window and looked over to the left that was accurate. The actual view was a loading dock of the Aquarium.

The property was located in a nice area next to the harbor on the water with a lot of restaurants walkable to many bars , what I did not like was the elevator door would not open and sometimes not work thank god did not get stuck on it.

I booked a deluxe room with the balcony. The table on the balcony was so wretched. The wood underneath was rotted, and it was falling apart. They replaced it twice. The second one was just as worse as the first finally they put in a table that we could sit at the room was not adequately clean, there was only one trashcan that was in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty. It looked like it was over 25 years old. Was the bathroom needs updating and light lights need to be brighter the air conditioner kept you up all night because it was so noisy I paid Almost $800 for that stay I could have used my money in a motel six and got better service. Everybody was nice but they know it was an old hotel and I even had to ask for service to get my room clean until they remodel I don't think I'll stay there .

This property is no longer part of Hilton and was advertised as a Hilton Curio property. It’s the first hotel I’ve been to that has no bellman employed at all, and I had to wait for someone at the front desk because she was cleaning a room. Staff is very nice however definitely the hotel itself is not to what was Hilton standards and is very understaffed.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly. The room was nothing special but it was nice enough and clean. The hotel itself was a little bit run down. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and I even got momentarily stuck in it for a few seconds without it moving. Thankfully I was able to open the doors and get off We ate dinner at Mcormick and Shmicks which is in the hotel. Dinner was really bad. Our server was nice but food was not good at all.

Had a nice stay
We were in town for only 1 night, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. I had seen previous poor reviews from others, we did not experience any of the things that those reviews mentioned. The front desk at check in, and when we left, were professional and very helpful. Our room was clean and the temp was pre-set to be comfortable after walking in from outside where it was quite warm and humid. The location of this hotel is also a bonus if you are doing things in the Inner Harbor or downtown area. I would choose to stay here again.

professional staff, quick check in, nice surrounding area on the water, specially for walking around, close to museums and restaurants. Not so quiet though there was lots of noise from the restaurant below us, bathroom were clean but no body shampoo (I had my own), no covered parking.
