The staff was phenomenal. Everyone from the front desk particularly front desk manager, the friendly folks in the Grille restaurant, the amazing team in Morton’s Steakhouse, the housekeeping staff. Every single Person that we interacted with was super helpful and 5 star service. Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was broken and clogged, the walls, carpets, curtains, hallway, everything was dirty, stained and smelly. The linens were clean and towels were clean. Again, anything that staff cleaned or provided was great but the physical maintenance of the property, meaning walls, curtains, carpet, stained ceilings in the hallways, elevators kept jerking and making weird noises. Property is awful, the people were wonderful.

The hotel is so convenient to both Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. We asked for both adjoining rooms and an early check in and both were granted. Parking is so convenient. Staff were over the over the top friendly! Thanks!

The AC in my room was malfunctioning. I was told it would be fixed while I went to an event. And that my parking would be comped. When I got back, it was not fixed. They gave me a new room. The TV in that room only showed the color red. When it came time to check out, my parking was indeed not comped It seems.

Definitely not impressed or happy with check in & check out. 1st, I downloaded their app as suggested for fast easy check in. I know I was 2 hrs early for check in but went to front desk to see if maybe room was ready. It wasn't & they told me I would be notified via the app when it was. Ok, so no big deal. We went for a walk We then came back & waited in the lobby. At 3:20pm, I thought, let me check at front desk again. Our room was ready! Ok, why didnt they notify via app? After ck in, we turn to go to find our room. I turned around & went back to front desk cause I had to ask where are elevators (shouldn't they have advised me?) When cking out, I returned our room keys. No "thank you, how was your stay?" or anything. We go to leave parking building but gate would not go up. So, I had to call them to find out how to get out of parking garage? The guy told me to use my room key. What? They somehow got the gate to go up. We paid well over $500 for this room. Ridiculous.

If you're coming to Baltimore for a Ravens or Orioles game your best bet is to stay at the sheraton. It's very nice hotel well kept and clean -and I'm very picky. Staff is lovely and very helpful. You are an easy walking distance to both stadiums and to the Inner Harbor where there's lots to do and a lot of shopping. Parking is easy and although some say it's pricey you're going to pay that much anywhere else anyway. It's a great way to stay to see Baltimore.
