Checking in was easy, but when we got to the room, it looked much older than the pictures online. As we started unpacking and getting the kids ready for bed, we pulled out the sofa bed and found it in a condition that looked like a crime scene. I went to the front desk to request a room change, and it turned into a battle. The manager immediately said no, even though another staff member pointed at the computer and mentioned there was a room available. The manager shook her head and said that because I booked through a third party (Expedia), she couldn’t accommodate us. When I asked what she could do for us, she offered complimentary snacks if we stayed in the room. I was furious and ended up booking a room down the street. Hyatt from now on! I wish I could add pictures of the room.

Somewhat clean but not impressed
I typically give rave reviews, so will start with the positive - the price was reasonable, when we had an issue a couple of staff were quite helpful, the room was mostly clean, everything worked in the room, there were no bugs minus a single harmless stink bug. Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues with our stay including dirty/soiled mattress cover on the pull out couch, three towels in the room for a four person reservation, empty bottles of bath supplies in tub, evening staff muting the front desk phone for room support, ripped couch cushions, no room service option to take out trash or recycling over weekend, lack of usual amenities (cold water in hot water carafe in lobby in evening, lack of cups, dirty counter). To be honest, I am grateful we found a room over such a busy weekend, but expect certain standards when staying in a hotel. I swear we are not high maintenance folks, but there is a usual standard for these things, especially for a Marriott. Not really impressed.

So clean and beatiful. I stay here every year but this time and last, the pool is crazy cold and hot tub is slimey and smells really gross. Dirty water. This place is so clean and fresh and wonderful except for the pool and hot tub. Wish they would hire someone to handle that,

We arrived very late for check in and were exhausted. The front desk agent was excellent and checked us in immediately. We were able to go directly to bed after an exhausting trip. It was the quickest and smoothest check in i have ever had! Thank you!

Book online I’m a Marriott member got to the hotel got a total different price room smell like a dog and feet tv kept turning off every 3mins could not enjoy it kids running in hallways screaming from the pool area toilet kept stopping up had to have maintenance come and fix it several times it was just a all around terrible service from staff to the hotel needs a lot of update rooms our room the wall was peeling from the bottom of the walls will not stay there again
