The hotel is “okay”. The rooms are pretty straightforward and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. However I booked this hotel for the pool and that is disappointing. The hot tub smelled and had a brown film. The pool was freezing with cloudy water. I’m usually not grossed out by pools but this one was a NO GO!

A stay from a nightmare!!
I normally don’t leave bad reviews. Let me tell you about our experience..We arrived on Thanksgiving Day. After checking in we left for several hours to see family. We came back and opened our bathroom door and a wave of cigarette smoke rushed through the room. Our room phone did not work so I had to walk down to the hotel desk. I informed the lady behind the desk and all she could offer is maintenance can come and spray the room with febreeze? When I went back to the room, the entire room was filled with smoke. My next trip to the desk was to ask for a new room. When I went down there was 2 other guest who had the same issue. However, this time the same employee was face to face with one guest screaming profanity and saying her dad was on the way to “pop” the older man who was complaining?!! Then the employee walked out! After about a hour someone finally gave us a new room, with no heat. So we had to take our three children along with all our now smoke smelling closes to the other room. It was an absolute nightmare. I hope they can somehow do something to fix this issue.

Little upset that the hot water was only warm. The hot tub and pool was out of order I didn’t even get to use it whole reason I booked this hotel. Also was upset my room wasn’t ready until 5 when check in was 4

Terrible Stay
Wish I could get my money back. Rented two rooms and AC could not be turned off and it's cold now. 150 children run free in hotel unsupervised. No hot water in sick and bathroom of rooms, dirty pillow cases. Unaccommodating food service staff. Terrible and rude. Only nice person was front desk lady.

The room needed some attention. The bath tub drain was broken. The bathtub faucet didn’t work properly. The hot tub was closed the second day. That is why we booked this hotel. And at breakfast the first day they only had sugarless syrup for the waffles. Needed someone to care for these details
