Was a pleasant stay. Close to inner harbor/aquarium. Staff was nice and hotel was clean. I hate having to pay for parking, but the rates were reasonable and the garage was across the street. Would stay again.

Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was a very nice addition. Room modern and clean. Quiet and pleasant. The one and only complaint is that there should be a security guard especially at night.

This is the third time staying at the East Harbor Tru. It’s a great location, wonderful staff, and the room layouts are straightforward and nicely appointed. Quiet and comfortable with solid amenities. During this stay- we noticed the seal under the shower door coming loose and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was leaking. The hotel is probably four years old now so little things like this will start to give way. It will be up to the management to keep things from slipping so that the rooms keep their fresh feel. This is a great spot hopefully it will be well cared for.
