This is a very nicely maintained hotel with excellent staff. The staff was extremely helpful-they even had someone accompany us with the luggage to the ferry port. Good restaurant with lots of different food options. Oh...and the bed was so comfortable! Much appreciated after several nights of very hard beds in other hotel.

Bandirma Palas hotel is very nice, neat, and clean with a lot of history. Great location, short walk to the sea front. The area is surrounded by all kind of restaurants and shops… The hotel is very quiet with nice, friendly, and cooperative staff. I thank all hotel staff and I do really appreciate all restaurant and coffee shop staff for their excellent services provided with a big SMILE during our stay at this lovely hotel. See you very soon.. Definitely recommended….

Odamız ile ilgili ufak bir sorun yaşadık. Otel odamızı değiştirmekle kalmadı, hatta bir büyük oda verecek kadar cömertti. Bandırma'ya yolum düştüğü zaman kesin tekrar ziyaret edeceğim. Yolu düşen herkese de tavsiye ediyorum.

Einfach Katastrophe,unfreundliches Personal bis auf paar Ausnahmen.Frühstück sehr schlecht für jedes Stück Brot musste man warten,dass man einfach keine Lust mehr zum Essen hatte.Wir sind am letzten Tag früh vor dem Frühstück los gefahren,der Abend vorher haben wir gefragt ,ob wir zwei Becher Kaffee bekommen Können?Es hieß ja kein Problem.Am morgen vor der Abfahrt hieß um 6:35 Uhr noch kein Personal da ist.wir haben Abend vorher die Rechnung beglichen und wir wollten die Rechnung detailliert in Papierform haben. Die Dame im Reception sagte Moment nicht möglich .Sie sagt dem Kollege Bescheid.Am nächsten Morgen war die Rechnung doch nicht fertig ,nach unserer Bitte haben wir eine Rechnung mit einer nur Endsumme bekommen.Das Hotel hat keinen Parkmöglichkeiten gehabt,wir müssten vor dem Hotel warten bis ein Mitarbeiter gekommen ist und hat das Auto zum Parken mitgenommen und wo anderes geparkt hatte. Einfach Katastrophe.
