Points + : - la personne gérant la location - la climatisation. Points - : - appartement sale avec un aspirateur qui ne fonctionne pas - mauvaises odeurs dans la cuisine, morceaux de bois pourrissant visibles - électroménagers désuets - salle de bain impraticable pour une personne de forte corpulence, non visible sur les photos - terrasses et placards pleines d’effets personnels des propriétaires. Aucun rangement pour les locataires - banquette lit, plus qu’un canapé lit, ayant le confort d’un sommier.
