The property was well kept and the beds were comfortable. It was all a nice quiet building for the most part. A few doors slammed but is expected at any hotel really. Overall, Happy with my stay. Easy express checkout too.

Good hotel, would stay again. Very comfortable mattress, slept well. A few missteps with housekeeping (forgetting things), and one of the desk clerks was somewhat clueless, but otherwise a great stay.

Great stay, easy parking, and the Keg in the building makes it easy to get a delicious brunch easily! A bit of a walk to the main area of Banff, but not bad.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful 2 night stay here. We upgraded to one of the corner loft suites and it was worth it! The private jacuzzi in the morning sun was chefs kiss. Beautiful views and close by to the shops and restaurants. Staff were all very friendly. The only thing to complain about was that our king size bed had a queen size mattress cover on. So the mattress kept getting exposed which was a little annoying. When they cleaned the room they put the same queen size cover on it. Other than that we had a wonderful experience and we would love to stay here again one day!
