The hotel services were excellent. The property was clean and everything was up to date. Room service daily was much appreciated. No fault to the hotel but because the way the town is designed it was quite a walk to shops and restaurants- opposite ends of town. The only complaint is insufficient parking. The parking garage underneath the hotel was not adequate for the number of cars and more than half the spaces were marked for small vehicles. I had to park on the street the last night of my stay. This is the only reason I gave property condition and facilities four stars. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Banff Inn and would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful stay at Banff Inn!
We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Banff. The room featured vaulted high ceiling and abundance of natural light. The dinner at Italian style on-site restaurant was a treat after a long day of exploring Canadian Rockies, as well as relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna after long scenic trails was a nice wrap to the busy adventurous day. The room was clean and comfy, the staff was very courteous and friendly. Thank you for the superb service and wonderful travel experience.

This hotel was ok. Found toe nails on the floor in our room, which was gross. Hotel is old and beds were semi-comfortable. Staff wouldn’t deliver coffee pods to room, had to go get them from front desk. Not worth the expensive nightly rate but unfortunately it’s Banff.

Hotel was clean. Options for onsite meals , especially coffee not so good. Our breakfast at the onsite restaurant was not good. A coffee, muffin and diabetic friendly bar would be great.

Our stay here was wonderful! Check-in was quick and easy, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and safe. The room was very spacious, and the property was located in an ideal location. Parking was a little tricky, as our rental truck did not fit in garage. There is another offsite public lot one block up the road and a lot of on street parking.

The room we stayed in was very clean. The only issue we had was noise. The walls are thin so we could hear the next door guests playing Tiktok videos very loud. Our room was also directly over the parking garage door so you could hear the very loud machine opening and closing the garage door all night.

We loved our stay at Banff Inn. It's only a 10 minute walk into the bustling downtown but there is plenty to eat in and around the Inn. Very clean, room was very spacious too!

We booked this property given its high rating on Expedia but unfortunately it didn't live up to our expectations. The sound proofing in the room was non-existent and we could hear our neighbours talking and also the main doors of other rooms on our floor closing through the night and into the morning. Room was spacious and the bed was comfy but oddly, it did not come with a kettle and the bathroom sink was unusually low. The property was also further from the central Banff area (around 1km) than we expected and we ended up driving there to dine and paid for the parking instead of walking.

Property was good but room was a little tired in places and the light and noise in the room at night was louder then I wanted. The location is good and it’s approx 15 mins walk to downtown where there are loads of dining options.
