Perfectly okay, but a bit tired in presentation. Front desk staff professional (good) but not a single smile, not exactly welcoming (not good). Conditioner dispenser in shower nearly empty; barely squirted enough for my needs. Parking very tight and limited. On the plus side, good location, comfortable bed. Overall, good enough for a night, but that's about it.

The place is very nice, it shows that its getting old but still clean. Staff are nice. We love the treat and the bed for our dog. Will be going back again.

Great hotel and location
Very nice hotel and great location. Hotel and room was very clean. Check-in service was excellent and the customer representative was friendly and provided great information for using the bus service. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Pull in vehicle area to check in & unload is nice. Underground parking is great but elevators don’t go to all levels of the hotel so you have to walk stairs, so if you need this for mobility reasons or stroller this may not be your fit. The halls are confusing, it’s a maze to get around. Location is amazing, you can walk to everything! There is no coffee station in the lobby but a nice coffee shop at the end of the block. We could hear feet above us, that may bother some. The balcony is nice to have but it faces the hotel next door which is strange. You can hear the train horn but I assume that’s anywhere in Banff. Superior Room, 2 queen beds: The room is spacious & clean, we loved that each side of the bed has a side table with plugs. There is a little table, a bench, coffee station, hooks for jackets a closet. The Bathroom is strange, shower/toilet (No fan no switch) with a door, this is very small & the sink is outside that room. Lights are weird with ton of switches to turn on different areas & some bendy lights above the beds didn’t bend anymore. The Keurig coffee machine leaked a bit & there were floaties in the coffee. We were looking for a budget friendly stay with a good location and this meet the basic needs.

Go somewhere else. This place is tired.
The worst lazy housekeeping I’ve ever experienced. Come in makes ONE of 3 beds, same bugs on floor in bathroom entire stay, sloppy housekeeping, basically have to ask for refill of everything. Kleenex just left empty, conditioner left empty, just pure sloppy. Twice asked for conditioner never did come. Very tired furniture. Very old crusty tiles in hot tub. New towels just thrown in. What a joke. Get a proper housekeeper who actually cares and doesn’t tarnish your brand. Would not recommend this hotel.

When we checked in the girl in the reception did not have a friendly attitude. It was difficult to find parking so when she came out to help she looked annoyed and treated me as If I was blind and could not see. The room had little light and was smelly but it was cleaned.
